French PCM Group is planning to invest in the project for construction of a screw pumps manufacturing in Kazakhstan’s Aktau region, Trend reports citing the press office of Kazakh embassy in France.
The company’s intention was reaffirmed during the meeting between Ambassador of Kazakhstan to France Jean Galiev and Managing Director of PCM Group Frederic Garde.
During the meeting Garde said that the launch of manufacturing is planned for 2Q2021. The project implementation is expected to create 30 jobs, and allow Kazakhstan to export high-technology production to the neighboring countries.
Currently, the company is holding negotiations with akimat (administrative center) of the Mangystau region, KAZAKH INVEST National Company and the Aktau Seaport Special Economic Zone to construct the future enterprise there.
The territory of the special economic zone is expected to allow the investor to enjoy the full range of investment preferences.
