Iran's exports to Kyrgyzstan declines

Iran's non-oil exports to Kyrgyzstan decreased by 36 percent in terms of value and 40 percent in terms of volume during the first 11 months of the current Iranian year (from March 20, 2020, through February 18, 2021), compared to the same period last Iranian year, Trend reports citing the statistics of Tehran Chamber of Commerce Industries Mines and Agriculture (TCCIMA).

According to the statistics, Iran exported 22,000 tons of goods worth $38 million to Kyrgyzstan over 11 months.

“Moreover, Iran imported 10,000 tons of goods worth $5 million from Kyrgyzstan within the reporting period,” the statistics said.

Iran's imports from Kyrgyzstan decreased by 49 percent in terms of value and 20 percent in terms of volume compared to the same period last Iranian year.

Reportedly, Iran's non-oil exports amounted to 103 million tons worth about $31.2 billion within the first 11 months. Moreover, Iran imported 30.8 million tons of goods worth $34.3 billion during the mentioned period.
