Next week, a contract is expected to be signed between Azerbaijan National Bank (ANB) and Millikart LLC on sale-purchase of property and non-material assets of the processing center of card payments to 18 commercial banks. The juridical registration of the contract should be completed by the end of this week, Trend reports quoting the center.
At the beginning of this week, Millikart LLC entered into state registration at the Ministry of Justice. The contract with ANB on purchase of equipments and program provision will be concluded on those terms, on base of which the center was given to the management of commercial banks. The contract will be made for AZN 3.5 million.
Azerbaijan National Bank has signed founder contract on its transferring to the management of 18 banks. LLC was founded on 14 July 2006 by Atabank, Azerdemiryolbank, Azerturkbank, Bank of Baku, CIBank, Debutbank, Amrahbank, Khalgbank, Kredobank, Azerbaijan Micro-Finance Bank, Parabank, Rabitabank, Respublikabank, Bank Standard, Texnikabank, Turanbank, UniBank and Zaminbank.
