On April, 4-7th, 2007, in Odessa, at Marine passenger terminal there will be held the 12th International exhibition-symposium "Odessa Boat Show. Sports and leisure 2007". The exhibition is devoted to development and popularization of yachting, small-tonnage shipbuilding, extreme sports. The main task of the exhibition is demonstration of achievements and perspectives of yachting business development, possibilities for search of business partners.
There are more 30 kinds of yachts and boats were representative at the exhibition by leading domestic and foreign companies. The excellent exposition was presented by Marine House Arkadia stile and elite cruiser Sea Ray, mighty and reliable American Boston Whaler. Also this company introduced the Italian boat of firm Sessa Marine. Ornament of the exhibition also became new models of yachts Yanmor 32 and Bora 37 of company Bora Yachts Ltd. Ukrainian yachtbuilder SP Master Ltd successfully demonstrated its brands.
Debutant of Odessa Boat Show, company Comlect Magnetic, for attention visitors presented italian yacht Lamberti. Boats Brig was presented by company Catran LTD. PR Marine AG is debutant of the exhibition too. Representatives of Germany noted that their presence at the exhibition was very productively. Representatives of PR Marine AG had several business appointment for the days of the exhibition.
Alexander Mazin, director of SP Master Ltd: I appreciate condition of yachtbuilding in Ukraine as embryonic. But I would like to note that basis for industry of shipbuilding (I talk about sailing-motor yachts) has place to be in our country…This exhibition and the conference unappealable confirm that platform for note about yourself is needed. The exhibition worked well.
The modern navigation marine equipment was represented by so companies as TranzasUkraine and Aeroscan Ltd.
Association of Odessa yachtman Odessa 200 demonstrated exposition Golden age of Odessa yachting. Laborious work of members of this association let to pick up unique historical materials, which was represented at the exhibition.
Traditional participation of Odessa nation marine academy at Odessa Boat Show confirms the state of being relevant and important of this measure.
