Azerbaijan , Baku / corr . Trend S.Babayeva /The Accounting Chamber of Azerbaijan (AC) has completed the audit at the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan within the framework "Development Program of Science" , Trend reports quoting a statement made by AC.
The AC had inspected finances which were allocated for the Institute from the State budget of Azerbaijan . The audit confirmed that the Regulation of the Institute was not registered at the Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan.
Discrepancies were shown between the amounts allocated for research work and estimates of expenses. Also found were facts of changing the appointment of the finances, purchases made without receipts as well as shortfalls in the accounting and preparation of the financial accounts.
