Azerbaijan, Baku/ Trend , corr. I. Khalilova/ The State Securities Committee under the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan has registered the issue prospectus of single, registered, non-documentary shares of "MughanBank" OJSC, Trend reports, quoting a release from the BSEX (Baku Stock Exchange) today.
The volume of the forthcoming issue will reach AZN 1.2 million, with a face value of one share costing AZN 200.
According to the issue prospectus, the forthcoming placement will be carried out through an open signing at BSEX. "Tekhnika Capital Management" LLC will appear as the underwriter of the forthcoming placement of the shares.
