Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. I.Khalilova / Emil Majidov, the President of Azerbaijan Export and Investments Promotion Fund (AZPROMO), reported on 22 May that AZPROMO is preparing to hold a presentation on investment opportunities of Azerbaijan in Turkey at the end of June.
"We will talk about the investment capacity of Azerbaijan and will take with us a group of specialists and will form a trade mission to participate in bilateral meetings," Majidov said.
The presentation will take place in Istanbul or Izmir.
The initiative to hold the meeting in Turkey was suggested by the Azerbaijani Embassy to Turkey as well as the Turkey-Azerbaijani Investment Council.
Currently, Turkish investment in oilfields in Azerbaijan make up $2,500 000.
