Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend U.Ismayilova / The average July market price of primary real estate in Baku rose 1.3% to $1026/sq m was reported by the society 'Participants of the Real Estate Market' organization.
The considerable rise in prices was observed in Nasimi and Narimanov districts in July. A total of 583 building were put into operation.
The construction work was carried out by 223 companies. The average number of stories per building was 15.4.
