Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 16 / Trend / State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) announced a tender to sell an oil consignment of 1.2mln bbl. The oil will be dispatched in two consignments, each 600,000 bbl, from the Russian Black Sea Novorossiysk port, according to the SOCAR Marketing & Economic Operations Department.
The first consignment will be dispatched on Jan. 15-16, 2009, and the second on Jan. 27-28, 2009. Results of the tender will be summed up on Dec. 18 and publicized on Dec. 19.
