New gas condensate storage facilities to be launched in Iran's Asaluyeh County

As many as 8 gas condensate storage facilities with a total capacity of 640,000 cubic meters (about 4 million barrels) will be launched soon in the Asaluyeh County of Bushehr Province (southern Iran),Trend reports citing Pars Oil and Gas Company’s website.

According to the report, the capacity of each of the 8 warehouses will be 80,000 cubic meters (about 500,000 barrels).

“These storage facilities were constructed to store gas condensate produced by the South Pars Gas Company and to supply fuel to the Iran’s Persian Gulf Star Oil Company,” the report said.

According to the report, the storage facilities were constructed with an investment of 29.2 million euro and 2.2 trillion rials (about $52.3 million) by Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC), while Iran's Nardis Energy Project Company and Machine Sazi Arak Knowledge Based Company will act as contractors.
