BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 25. An auction for the placement of Bank Respublika bonds will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 28, Trend reports citing the BSE.
A total of 15,000 bonds with a par value of 1,000 manat ($588.2) each with a circulation period of 24 months and an interest yield of 8.5 percent will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is IBA - Invest Investment Company” CJSC.
Bonds of Azerbaijan’s Bank Respublika worth 15 million manat ($8.8 million) were included in the listing of the standard market segment, by decision of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) Listing Committee, on April 21.
