The Ministry of agriculture and water resources of Uzbekistan has announced a tender for hiring an international level consultant-an agronomist in viticulture, who should conduct individual consultations and group trainings for representatives of agricultural enterprises and farms in Surkhandarya region.
In addition, it is necessary to organize training of specialists for the central nursery garden.
Training should be conducted in Uzbek language, if necessary – through an interpreter.
The consultant must meet the following minimum requirements:
- possession of higher education degree in the horticulture sector;
- at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the field of viticulture and implementation of training programs in viticulture, as well as skills in the field of knowledge transfer;
- work experience in the field of in-vitro reproduction of seedlings;
Experience in CIS and Central Asia countries is an advantage; knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
The duration of the task is 15 working days.
