Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services of Turkey has announced an open tender to purchase 143,000 liters of diesel fuel for a regional branch in the country's Kocaeli province.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 11:00 (GMT +3) on Feb. 4, 2019.
