The Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries has announced a tender to purchase plant-wide, technological and drilling equipment.
Those willing to participate in the tender should submit an application and receive a package of tender documents by paying $575 per lot.
Tender proposals should be delivered in two sealed envelopes.
The first envelope should contain technical specifications, the second envelope should contain a commercial offer with prices for the products offered.
Bids are accepted until Sept. 12, 2019.
