The Uzbekistan’s company Neftegazinvest has announced a tender for the purchase of a package of chemicals for processing the cooling water system.
Commercial offers are accepted until 18:00 (GMT +5) September 27, 2019.
The marginal cost of competitive selection is $285,580.
Terms of payment: 100 percent letter of credit and / or partial prepayment and / or upon delivery.
Terms of delivery: DAP (only if the technical specifications do not specify otherwise).
The validity of the technical and commercial proposal must be at least 45 calendar days, starting from the expiration date of the selection period.
Only manufacturers, trading houses of manufacturers, official dealers of manufacturers and also suppliers who have a power of attorney from the manufacturer can participate in the selection.
Offers of companies registered in states or territories providing a preferential tax regime and / or not providing for the disclosure and provision of information during financial transactions (offshore zones), as well as having accounts in banks located in offshore zones, are not eligible for selection.
The winner must provide a bank guarantee for the performance of contractual obligations up to 10 percent of the total contract value.
