Azerbaijan's Baku City Main Department of Culture has announced a tender to purchase materials for public utilities and communications.
The tender participation fee is 300 manat ($176.4).
Those willing to participate in the tender must submit applications before 11:00 (GMT +4) on Dec. 11, 2019, and tender offers until 17:00 on Dec. 19, 2019.
Opening of tender packages will be held at 11:00 on Dec. 20.
