BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 19. Kazakhstan exported 696 tons of tomatoes and 170 tons of cucumbers to the Perm Region of Russia since the beginning of this year, Trend reports via Russian Rosselkhoznadzor Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance.
This volume of vegetables was exported from Kazakhstan in 53 batches during the reporting period.
Acts of quarantine phytosanitary control (supervision) were issued for the products, giving the right to use the products for their intended purpose.
Furthermore, since the beginning of April 2023, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Kirov Region, the Udmurt Republic and the Perm Krai of Russia has controlled the import of 15 tons of tomatoes and 51 tons of cucumbers from Kazakhstan intended for sale in retail chains of the Perm Region.
