Uzbekistan open joint stock trade-production union Toshkent Univermagi issued shares for 884.48 million soums, UzDaily.com reported on Friday.
The Center for coordinating and controlling over functioning of securities market registered additional emission of shares of the company.
Within the issue, the company will emit 1,105,600 shares with the par value of 800 soums each.
The emission includes 1,100,107 ordinary and 5,493 preferential shares.
The official exchange rate is 1746.6 soums to $1.
