The refineries of Uzbekneftegaz JSC processed 387,100 tons of crude oil in the first quarter of 2021 and fulfilled the plan by 122 percent, Trend reports referring to Uzbek media.
As a result, 238,200 tons of gasoline, 75,800 tons of diesel fuel, 15,000 tons of jet fuel and 23,800 tons of fuel oil were produced.
Over the reporting period, the Bukhara Refinery produced and supplied to consumers 15,800 tons of Euro-3, 4, 5 diesel fuels.
In accordance with the decree of Uzbekistan’s president, dated April 4, 2020 No. PP-4664, from May 1, 2020, the Bukhara Oil Refinery has established the sale of petroleum products exclusively through the stock exchange platform.
So, from January through March 2021, 186,800 tons of gasoline were put up for the exchange trading, of which 119,500 tons were supplied to consumers, 76,400 tons of diesel fuel, of which 70,700 tons were supplied to consumers, and 8,300 tons of fuel oil (1,200 tons delivered to consumers).
Other types of oil products were put up for auction in the amount of 7,700 tons, of which 6,700 tons were sold through the auction of the Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange.
Besides, since March of this year, the sale of jet fuel through the exchange platform and its delivery to consumers at favorable prices has been established.
