Ten enterprises of the Uzbekneftegaz JSC system, namely, four were included in the new construction process and six in the reconstruction process in accordance with the "Program for the installation of modern local treatment facilities and the modernization of existing ones at 240 big industrial enterprises belonging to the category of high and medium risk for the environment" approved by the Uzbek Cabinet of Ministers, Trend reports referring to the Uzbek media.
It is planned to further improve the work aimed at saving water through modernization, reconstruction, and construction of new modern treatment facilities upon the instructions of the Chairman of the Board of "Uzbekneftegaz" JSC Mehriddin Abdullayev.
In particular, a modern wastewater treatment facility with a capacity of 500 cubic meters of wastewater per hour is being built at Uzbekistan GTL LLC.
The mineralized, oily, contaminated surface water and domestic wastewater are purified in three stages.
At the first stage, the mineralized wastewater is desalinated in a crystallizer evaporator while high concentration cubic residues are dewatered.
The same sequence is carried out at the treatment facility in the second and third stages.
Here, treatment is carried out by mechanical, physicochemical, biological methods by using modern devices, and ultimately treatment is carried out on a membrane bioreactor device with the highest efficiency.
The treated wastewater is directed to the full technology.
