BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 24. The Indian Aakash Healthcare company intends to build a medical complex in the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Trend reports with reference to the Uzbek media.

According to the information, the company and the Uzbek side signed a memorandum of understanding according to which Aakash Healthcare will be provided with 10 hectares of land for the construction of a modern hospital with the latest infrastructure, medical equipment and qualified personnel.

Medical colleges, in particular, an educational institution for the training of nurses, will also be located in the new town.

It is expected that investments in the amount of $100 million will be attracted for the implementation of the new project, as well as about 3,000 new jobs will be created.

Together with Aakash Healthcare, in November last year, a project was implemented in Tashkent to create a multidisciplinary medical clinic, with a total cost of $10 million.
