Iran Energy Exchange performance on Dec. 11

The products traded at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on Dec. 11 are:

International ring:

- 1,800 cubic meters of 402 solvent from Tabriz Oil Refining Company;

- 2,000 tons of liquid gas from Sarkhoon Gas Refinery;

- 2,000 tons of liquid gas from Fajr Jam Gas Refinery;

Domestic ring:

-10,000 cubic meters of light naphtha from Tehran Oil Refining Company;

- 1,000 tons of Iso Recycle from Tehran Oil Refining Co.;

- 1,550 tons of light naphtha from Shiraz Oil Refining Company;

- 2.2 million liters of 404 solvent from Shiraz Oil Refining Company;

- 150 tons of fuel oil from Tabriz Petrochemical Co.;

- 1,725 tons of methanol from Zagros petrochemical company;

- 506 tons of pentane-plus from Pars Petrochemical Co.;

Total value of the deals in the ring amounted to 368.64 billion rials (1 USD = 35,000 rials).

IRENEX is a market for trading energy futures and commodities, including oil, gas, electricity, petrochemicals and oil byproducts. It was launched in 2013 as the fourth official Iranian exchange and operates under the supervision and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran.

More than 100 companies, including petrochemical plants, refineries and power plants offer their commodities at the exchange, according to the IRENEX website.
