The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Feb. 19:
Export floor: Offers 11,500 tons of bitumen, 400 tons of insulation and 32,781 tons of rice.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 153,090 tons of chemicals, polymers, bitumen, lube cut oil and slap waxes.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 1,440 tons of mixed rebar basket, 110 tons of rebar basket and 10 kilograms of gold bullion.
Agriculture floor: Offers 612,000 day-old chicks, 19,600 tons of wheat, 5,350 tons of sugar, 1,500 tons of crude vegetable oil, 170 tons of large lentil, 100 tons of corn fodder and 305 tons of maize within the framework of supportive price plan.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 685 tons of frozen meat.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
