Iranian oil is available on the Energy Bourse also for foreign buyers receiving the trade code, according to Deputy Petroleum Minister Ali Kardor.
Over 100 trade codes have been offered to foreign buyers to allow them to get engaged in trading Iranian crude and oil products in the Energy Bourse, Kardor told the IRNA on Friday.
The Securities Exchange Organization (SEO) announced on October 16 that the Iranian crude oil was scheduled to be presented in the Energy Bourse as of October 28.
Kardor said the Ministry of Petroleum and the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) are fully determined to supply Iranian oil in the Bourse based on schedule.
The base price for Iranian oil will be $79.15 per barrel.
Each day, one million barrels of Iranian oil will be offered in the Energy Bourse and all the buyers will hence exchange Iranian oil.
Oil supply in the Energy Bourse will continue until November 4 and the final decision will be announced after re-consideration.
