Georgian- Kazakh business forum continues in Tbilisi. It is attended by representatives of 12 companies from Kazakhstan, which intend to find partners in Georgia.
As the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Georgia Ermukhamet Ertysbaev told journalists on Thursday, Kazakh companies have good prospects for cooperation with Georgian colleagues.
"The potential of our economic relationship is not fully activated and the purpose of the meeting is to activate this cooperation," he said.
The Georgian- Kazakh business forum is being held in Tbilisi on October 9-10.
The event is attended by representatives of 12 Kazakh companies in such sectors as industry, energy, real estate and agriculture. The forum held bilateral business meetings , where they learned about the investment climate in Georgia and opportunities of doing business in the country.
It should be noted that the first boom of the Georgian- Kazakh relations was recorded back in 2006 , when billion dollars of Kazakh investments was made in Georgia. However, later Kazakh investors had problems in Georgia.
