Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) chief Abdulatif al-Zayani left Yemen's capital of Sanaa on Wednesday after he apparently failed during his visit to secure peaceful power-transition agreement between President Ali Abdullah Saleh and the opposition, Xinhua reported according to Yemeni official.
