Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan discuss cooperation

Baku, Azerbaijan, Aug. 7

By Elena Kosolapova - Trend: Kyrgyz Prime Minister Djoomart Otorbaev and his Kazakh counterpart Karim Massimov held a telephone conversation, Kyrgyz Government's press-service reported on August 7.

The parties discussed the bilateral cooperation, as well as the main issues of bilateral interaction in the framework of the Eurasian economic integration.

Moreover, the Heads of Kazakh and Kyrgyz Governments discussed the resolution of the situation with cars now standing in Kazakhstan with Russian fuel intended for Kyrgyzstan.
Kyrgyz Prime Minister expressed hope that this problem will be resolved in the near future.

Kazakhstan is the third major trading partners of Kyrgyzstan. The trade turnover between two countries hit $1.1 billion in 2013.
