Azerbaijan, Tovuz / Тrend corr E. Huseynli / Three workers were pulled out of the ruins of a 16-storey building being constructed at 25, Mammad Nakhchivani street in Baku, which collapsed on the evening of 28 August.
According to unofficial reports, two of the workers are dead and one is injured, a Trend correspondent reports from the scene.
All high-ranking officials of the Azerbaijani Government, including the head of the Azerbaijani President's Executive Administration, Ramiz Mehdiyev are at the scene.
