Currently Georgia and Azerbaijan live a new stage of strategic partnership," stated the President of Georgia, Mikhail Saakashvili in congratulatory massage to his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ilham Aliyev, on 24 October on the occasion of Independence Day - 18 October.
Saakashvili congratulated Azeri people on Independence Day and voiced his confidence that the bilateral co-operation will develop for the welfare of the Azeri and Georgia peoples, peace and stability in Black and Caspian regions.
