Russia, Makhachkala, Dec. 19 / Trend , R.Elmurzayeva/ A boat with fishermen stuck in icein the Caspian Sea a few kilometres from the shore near the village of Kochubey at the administrative border of Dagestan and Kalmykia. They communicated by telephone the approximate location of the boat.
Law enforcement authorities of Dagestan are taking measures to locate and rescue the people, the exact number of whom has not yet been established.
