Kakha Bendukidze no longer administers the governmental office, Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri told journalists.

"I would be pleased to work with Bendikudze as an adviser. But I will have another candidate for this post," Gilauri said. He did not name the candidate.

The prime minister said Bendukidze's professionalism is not under question.

"I appreciate his intelligence and experience, which will be useful for the government," he said.

Some journalists believe that Gilauri chose not to work with Bendukidze as the latter called him a fool while serving as energy minister.
