An Azerbaijani citizen has been charged with several crimes and detained in Russia.
Sanan Agayev was detained by the Nasimi District Police Department in Tumen and will be extradited to Azerbaijan.
Agayev is charged with murder, causing bodily harm and illegally carrying firearms.
