The authorities should express their opinion on Kurds openly, leader of the Turkish main opposition, Republican People's Party (CHP), Deniz Baykal said at a news conference, Turkish channel CNN Turk reported.
"The authorities should express their opinion on Kurds openly. However, the government hides its plan," Baykal added.
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with leader of the Kurdish-supporting Democratic Society Party (DTP), Ahmet Turk. Erdogan considered the meeting as positive saying that the Kurds problem will be solved soon. Turk considered the meeting as start of dialogue between the parties.
The authorities hold discussions with supporters of terrorism in the country, Baykal said.
"We are not against dialogue with any side. We urge the authorities not to defraud us," Baykal added.
