President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory message to Malian counterpart Amadou Toumani Toure on the country`s Independence Day, AzerTaj State News Agency reported on Saturday.
The President expressed hope that "friendly and co-operative relations between Azerbaijan and Mali will continue to develop".
The Head of State also wished the Malian leader "robust health and successes in your activities" and "the friendly people of Mali peace and prosperity".
