Turnout in the presidential elections in the Ukrainian Embassy in Azerbaijan at 16.00 local time is about 23%, the head of election commission Maria Saidova told Trend on Sunday.
The polling station number 3 was opened at 08:00 and will close at 20:00 pm.
There are names of 220 people in the electoral list of Ukrainian citizens living in Azerbaijan, by 16.00 local time 50 of them have already voted, Trend was told in election commission.
The run-off vote pitted Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko against former prime minister Viktor Yanukovych.
