The Baku detention centre' employees revealed 18.9 grams heroin during an inspection of 27-years-old prisoner Joshgun Nabiyev's things. Nabiyev was kept in the quarantine room, the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry's Penitentiary Service told Trend.
Nabiyev was charged under the Articles 206.2 (smuggling) and 234.1 (trafficking of narcotic substances) of the Criminal Code and arrested.
The fact is under investigation.
