The opposition Modern Musavat party attempted to hold an unauthorized rally in front of the OSCE Baku Office earlier today.
Law enforcement officials refused to allow the picketers to protest in front of the building.
Roughly 20 party members chanted slogans and demanded the resignation of the OSCE management, a police officer on the scene told Trend.
Modern Musavat accuses the OSCE of creating chaos in the country, fomenting discord among political parties and organizing secret meetings with radical opposition groups on the eve of the elections.
The parliamentary elections will be held in Azerbaijan on Nov. 7.
