Azerbaijani CEC to begin educating members of election commissions

The Azerbaijani Central Election Commission will soon begin educating members of the election commissions, CEC chairman Mazahir Panahov said at a meeting today.
CEC employees will give their advice and proposals, Panahov said.
"High results were achieved in the professional growth of district election commissions as a result of the regular activities," Panahov said.
The international organizations also stressed that the organization of the district election commissions has become more professional, he said.
He said that a form that reflects the activity of the district election commissions has been prepared. It will be given to the election committee.
The CEC has also made some changes in the composition of district election commissions.
