SHUSHA, Azerbaijan, July 25. We are eager to learn more about Azerbaijan, a traveler from the Philippines, Jamel Santos, told Trend.

“Coming here, I was very impressed. Even in Baku, we were impressed by the architecture, buildings, people, and local cuisine. Now we want to learn more about this country,” she emphasized.

To note, a delegation of 35 members of Most Traveled People (MTP), one of the four largest travel clubs in the world, arrived in Shusha city within the framework of their visit to Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur.

During the visit, international travelers will get acquainted with the city of Shusha, the historical sites, and the mysterious nature of the place, as well as the reconstruction and construction works carried out by the Azerbaijani state after the liberation of the city from occupation.

The delegation is headed by Charles Veley, whose name was included in the top 10 list of world travelers, and international travelers from 13 countries (US, UK, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, the Philippines, Poland, Hungary, and others) joined the trip.

Previously, members of the MTP (Most Traveled People) club visited Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur three times; this is the fourth visit of its members to the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation. About 400 international travelers in large groups from nearly 50 countries have visited Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur 10 times in the 4 years since the second Karabakh war. Today's trip is the 11th.
