A Catalogue of Confidence was adopted in a meeting of Foreign Ministers of CICMA in October 2004. The Catalogue is a scheme of CICMA members on the establishment of terms for by-stage transition from confrontation to development of common interests. CICMA unites Kazakhstan, Russia, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, India, Iran, Israel, China, Mongolia, Pakistan, Palestine, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey and Uzbekistan. Ukraine, Korea, Japan, Malaysia and the United States enjoy a status of observer in the organization.
