Situation in the South Caucasus region can hardly be called as a stable one as there are still some regional conflicts present. There are conflicts both in Georgia and Azerbaijan, though the success Azerbaijan reached in the peace stabilization is remarkable, the vice foreign minister, Araz Azimov told Trend.
