The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on application of law On service in justice bodies, Trend reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers was tasked to prepare and submit to the president the proposals regarding the unification of the acting legislation with the newly adopted law within a month. Besides, within the same period, the normative-legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers and central bodies of executive power need to be brought into conformity with the law On service in justice bodies.
