The social insurance of employees of migration bodies will be strengthened in Azerbaijan. In this regard, there will be amendments to the Clause "On service in migration bodies" at the session of Milli Majlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijan on Tuesday.
Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Policy and State Building Ali Huseynli said during the meeting that the relocation of employees of migration bodies (and their family members) to a new office, as well as spending for the transportation of their property and the lump compensation is paid by the state budget in the form established by the relevant body of the Executive Power.
According to the amendments made in another article of the Clause, the employees of the migration bodies and their family members who live in rented apartments due to the relocation to a new office are paid cash compensation in the form and amount established by the relevant body of the Executive Power.
