BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 23. "Absheron Valley" innovation cluster will be created in Azerbaijan, Trend reports via "Strategy for socio-economic development of Azerbaijan for 2022-2026".
"The innovations will be introduced in priority sectors of the economy. As a result, the number of individuals and legal entities working in the "Absheron Valley" innovation cluster will annually grow," the strategy said.
According to the document, 100 startups with the funding of $5 million are expected to be in the "Absheron Valley" in 2024, 150 new startups (seven million manat or $4.12 million) will be added to them in 2025, and 300 more startups ($13 million) - in 2026.
