BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 10. Rental prices of apartments decreased in Baku in June 2023, CEO Nusrat Ibrahimov of Azerbaijan's MBA (Marketing, Business, and Analysis) Consulting Group told Trend.
"The average cost of renting apartments in Baku amounted to 851 manat, or $500.59 (a decrease of 0.12 percent over the month and an increase of 10.95 percent over the year)," he said.
According to him, the total volume of offers on the capital city's apartment rental market in June this year amounted to 871 (down by 0.12 percent over the month and up by 11.81 percent over the year).
As of January 1, 2023, the average cost of renting housing in Baku was 937 manat ($551.18), and the total volume of offers was 790.
