BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 15. The nominal income of Azerbaijan's population from January through February 2024 increased by 4.69 percent, or 501.8 million manat ($295 million), compared to the same period in 2023 and reached 11.1 billion manat ($6.5 billion), Trend reports.
According to the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan, per capita income grew by 4.15 percent, or 43.8 manat ($25.7) in the mentioned period. The indicator of the growth of the population's income after payment of all mandatory and voluntary contributions amounted to 4.48 percent, or 413.6 million manat ($243.2) compared to the same period in 2023. At the same time, per capita income grew by 3.94 percent, or 35.9 manat ($21.1).

Meanwhile, nominal income of Azerbaijan's population in 2023 increased by 12.85 percent or 8.8 billion manat ($5.1 billion) compared to 2022 and reached 78 billion manat ($45.8 billion).
To note, the per capita income grew by 12.2 percent or 835.9 manat ($491.5) in the mentioned period. The growth rate of personal income after payment of all mandatory and voluntary contributions amounted to 12.83 percent or 7.8 billion manat ($4.5 billion) compared to the same period of 2022. At the same time, per capita income grew by 12.19 percent or 741.8 manat ($436.2).
