BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 15. According to preliminary data, the nominal income of Azerbaijan's population from January through March 2024 increased by 5.01 percent, or 925.2 million manat ($543.8 million), compared to the same period in 2023 and reached 19.4 billion manat ($11.4 billion), Trend reports.
Based on the data of the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan, per capita income grew by 4.46 percent, or 81.4 manat ($47.8), in the mentioned period. The indicator of the growth of the population's income after payment of all mandatory and voluntary contributions amounted to 4.75 percent, or 775.6 million manat ($455.9 million), compared to the same period in 2023. Meanwhile, per capita income grew by 4.21 percent, or 67.8 manat ($39.8).

Meanwhile, the nominal incomes of Azerbaijan's population in 2023 increased by 12.85 percent, or 8.8 billion manat ($5.1 billion), compared to 2022 and reached 78 billion manat ($45.8 billion).
To note, per capita income grew by 12.2 percent, or 835.9 manat ($491.4) in the mentioned period. The growth rate of personal income after payment of all mandatory and voluntary contributions amounted to 12.83 percent, or 7.8 billion manat ($4.5 billion), compared to the same period in 2022. At the same time, per capita income grew by 12.19 percent, or 741.8 manat ($436.1).
