Azerbaijan, Baku, 13 February / Trend / In January, the average price for private homes in Baku decreased by 1.6% and made up average of $226,724 per house or $1,453 per sq m, the public organization Real Estate Market Participants reported on 13 February. The decrease in prices was mainly caused by reduced activity in the market due to the non-seasonal period.
Prices in the land market decreased by 0.8% and comprised $23,125 per 100x100 metres.
Prices in the commercial market rose by 1.2% and constituted $2,700 per sq m.
