In November, the registration transactions in the Georgian real estate market increased by 5.4 percent and totaled 34,913 compared to the previous month.
In 2010 registration transactions were characterized by a growth tendency: in January - 32.2 percent, in February - 11.7 percent, March - 35.8 percent, in April - 40.1 percent, May - 52.8 percent, June - 30.9 percent, July - 16.8 percent, August - 13.3 percent, in September - 5.6 percent, in October - 4.5 percent, November - 18.4 percent, the Georgian Justice Ministry's National Public Registry Agency told Trend.
During 11 months of 2010, execution of transactions over the same period of last year increased by 22 percent and totaled 360.369 units or 13,725 units less than in 2008.
Primary and secondary real estate markets increased compared to the same period of last year.
In November, the primary registration transactions totaled 6,113 units, and secondary - 28,780.
