Azerbaijani Insurance Company Qarant Sigorta and Life-company Qala Heyat intend to conclude a partnership agreement to cooperate in the sale of life insurance policyholders, chairman of the company Vagif Hasanov said.
These companies have a contract to provide services for compulsory insurance and disability resulting from occupational diseases and industrial accidents.
Insurance Company Qarant Sigorta got the license for insurance activity from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Finance in November 2007. Qarant Sigorta is a part of ZQAN Holding. The authorized capital is 4 million manat.
The Finance Ministry issued a license to JSC "Qala Sigorta" to conduct insurance activities on July 31, 2008. The State Insurance service issued a license to Qala Heyat on Nov.30, 2010.
The founder of the company is the only reinsurance company in Azerbaijan, AZRE Tekrarsigorta. Their authorized capital stands at 3.5 million manat.
